Delicious homemade food and nice atmosphere and very affordable. The Vegetable Quiche was outstanding as well as a lox & bagel sandwich. They both came with a small side salad. The pricing was very affordable and not too expensive. Homemade dessert, such as cookies, muffins, cobbler, and carrot cake. The carrot cake was very tasty, with a delicious frosting and candied on top Were a nice attitude touch.

This café is such a little gem! From the moment I walked in, I absolutely loved the cozy interior and the overall vibe. It’s the kind of place you just want to sit, relax, and stay a while. The design is thoughtfully done, with every detail adding to the charm. And the food? Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and you can tell they really care about what they serve. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to—great food, beautiful space, and such a lovely atmosphere.

On 03/04 my daughter invited me for my first time here at the house of shaw coffee shop. The young lady was very nice and helpful. Brew coffee was very delicious. Will be back soon.

As a celiac, I often struggle when eating out. There’s not a lot gluten free options and many place aren’t educated about cross contamination. But that is not the case for House of Shaw. The owner was extremely helpful and educated on food safety and cross contamination. She went above and beyond for me! I got the turkey on a gluten free bagel bun, and my partner got a regular breakfast croissant. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Great food, great coffee and great atmosphere!

The service was fantastic. I think that's the most important part. The woman who made my bagel was a perfectionist and the food was incredibly beautiful and assembled very skillfully with much attention to detail. The atmosphere was ok. Quiet and clean for the most part. The food was good. I ordered the lox bagel with salmon and capers. It tasted alright. Not too bad. The bagel was very chewy but not unpleasantly so. The coffee was really just ok. Not too much flavor. I ordered the hazelnut cold brew with oat milk. My table was extremely wobbly so it moved with every bite of my fork and every time I picked up and set down my coffee so that was a little frustrating and embarrassing but I did not want to move and dirty another table so I stuck it out. If I decide to eat breakfast in Stockton again I will definitely consider this place from just the service alone. Professionalism goes a long way and this team definitely cares about that.
